Download Gujarat High Court PS Exam Pattern & Syllabus 2022 – High Court of Gujarat has released exam pattern and syllabus for the recruitment of Private Secretary. Gujarat High Court has announced 15 vacancies for the Post. Gujarat High Court has announced exam date for this recruitment. As per the announcement, Preliminary Test will be conducted in the month of July/ August, Stenography Test/ Skill Test will be conducted in the month of September and Vivo-voce test in the month of November/ December. Private Secretary Selection process involves Preliminary Test, Stenography Test/ Skill Test and Vivo-voce Test. Preliminary Test comprises questions from General Knowledge, English Language & Grammar, Gujarati Language, Current Affairs, Numerical & Mental Ability and Computer Fundamentals/ Operation.

Preliminary Exam Pattern:-
- Objective Type (Multiple Choice Questions).
- Total Questions – 100.
- Total Marks – 100.
- Each question carries one mark.
- Total Time Duration – 2 Hours (120 Minutes).
- 0.33 mark will be deducted for every wrong answer.
- Candidates should secure minimum 50% marks.

Stenography/ Skill Test Pattern:-
- 120 words/ minute in English Short Hand/ Stenography
- Total Marks – 60.
- Total Time Duration – 8 Minutes.
- Dictation – 2 Paragraphs.
- Transcription Time – 50 Minutes.
- Candidates should secure minimum 60% marks.
Vivo-voce Test Pattern:-
- Total Marks – 40.
- Interview based on Personality, General Knowledge & Legal Knowledge, Basic Knowledge of Computer Application, etc.
- Candidates should secure minimum 40% marks.
