Latest NIT Nagaland Junior Assistant Exam Pattern & Syllabus 2022 PDF – National Institute of Technology (NIT), Nagaland has released exam pattern/ scheme and syllabus for Junior Assistant Examination. NIT Nagaland invited application from eligible candidates and received so many applications. NIT Nagaland will announce date for Junior Assistant Examination soon. NIT Nagaland Junior Assistant Selection process involves Written Examination, Skill Test and Interview. Written Examination consists of two parts, Theory Examination and Practical Examination. Theory Examination comprises question from the subjects of General Studies and Current Affairs, English Language, Computer Awareness and Quantitative Aptitude. Practical Exam covers the area of Computer Operations, Word Processing and Spread Sheet.

Written Test Pattern:-
- Theory Examination
- Multiple Choice Questions/ Short Descriptive Type.
- Total Time Duration – 2 Hours.
- Total Marks – 100 Marks.
- Practical Examination
- Total Time duration is 50 minutes.
- Total Marks – 50 Marks.
- Word Processing – 20 Marks.
- Spread Sheet – 20 Marks.
- Viva Voce – 10 Marks.

Written Test Syllabus:-
- Theory Examination
- General Studies & Current Affairs – General Knowledge about India, North East and Nagaland; Current Events of National and international importance; general issues on environmental ecology, bio-diversity and climate change, etc.
- English Language – English Usage and grammar, vocabulary and synonyms/ antonyms and Letter/ short essay/ noting & drafting and precis writing and comprehension, at Senior Secondary (10+2) level.
- Computer Awareness – Basic Knowledge of Computer Applications, MS Word, MS Excel, Power Point etc. Internet, e-mail, MS-DOS, windows etc.
- Quantitative Aptitude – Areas & Volume; Averages; Height & distances; LCM & HCF; Percentages; Points, lines and angles; Ratio and proportions; Speed, Distance and Time; Time and Work, etc.
- Practical Examination
- Computer Operations – Operation of PCs and the associated devices and gadgets for performing office work.
- Word Processing – Using Microsoft word for the preparation of scientific manuscripts with tables, footnote, figures and equations – basis level.
- Spread Sheet – Using Microsoft Excel Spread Sheet for the preparation and analysis of scientific data, Accounts Application, Academic Examination Section Applications; using of formulae and performing basic mathematical operations, sorting of data, etc., – Basic Level.
